Dear Club Officers,

I hope that you are well. We're almost at the end of the semester! Congratulations for your leadership in your Clubs!

Have you Submitted your Club's Election Results? Learn more here

Elections should be held and results communicated to SLD by April 28th 2025. Results for at least two officers should be submitted through the City Tech Connect Club Elections Result Form. The existing officers should pass along any relevant information throughout the transition.

Upcoming Deadlines

 
Last Day to Host Club Events for Spring
May 15th

Please note: To host events on May 15th, make sure to submit the proposal early enough which is at least 2 weeks prior to the event date. Events submitted after April 30th may be rejected based on how much time it leaves us to do the necessary planning and reservations and depending on how large the event is. 

The purchase request and budget request deadlines have past. Clubs are no longer able to use their funds. However, we have reviewed and moved forward with the purchase requests in the system that were submitted on time and following the guidelines.

Clubs that have ordered items as always, should expect emails notifying them to come pick up their deliveries. Same goes for the Clubs who are submitting requests through the Supply Closet

Job Summary:
The Peer Navigator plays a vital role in supporting students by providing guidance on campus resources, assisting with events and activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Student Life & Development Office. This position includes answering phone inquiries, managing inventory, and assisting with the NEST Food Pantry by restocking and receiving deliveries.

Location: Barclays Center, 620 Atlantic Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11217
Time: 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM (Exact shift times will be confirmed)
