Welcome Back Bash & Club Fair - September 10th, 12:30pm - 2:30pm
Showcase your organization at the upcoming Club Fair located in the Namm Cafe! This is a great opportunity to recruit new members, promote your club's mission, and connect with students looking to get involved on campus. Reserve a table to highlight your events, share information about your organization, and engage with the campus community. Mandatory Student Organization Workshops | August 27th from 12:30pm to 2:30pm | A209
IF you have attended, you DO NOT need to attend again.
This is a session for both new and existing clubs. We will give essential information on how to register your club, and how to move forward when the semester begins. It is required for 2 officers of a club to attend one workshop each year.
The deadline to register your club on City Tech Connect is Friday, September 18th at 11:55PM. If you have not completed the registration process by this time, your group will not be able to exist on campus for this semester
Note: If your club as sent 2 officers already, you do not need to attend.

These rooms will be available to your club during club hours every Thursday from 12:30pm - 2:30pm.
You will be able to request a room via City Tech Connect here. Please note that requested rooms are NOT guaranteed and are limited availablity. Follow instructions below:
Indicate "Event Type" as "General Club Meeting".
Indicate "Space Type" as "Requesting a Meeting Space / Classroom"
Indicate a room number you would like for your club (example - N-412).
After your group is approved for a space / fully certified, you will need to recreate the events for your general meetings in City Tech Connect.
The Student Life and Development Ambassador program provides you with a unique opportunity to interact with students and get to know the staff throughout City Tech. You will assist in Student Life and Development activities and events such as giving event pitches, event promotion, and the set-up and management of events. You will also have the opportunity to host your own student engagement programs. As an SLD Ambassador, you will join a small community of like-minded individuals, coordinated by our Peer Navigators.
