Title IX: Sexual Misconduct Policies & Procedures

Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and its implementing regulations prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex in any federally funded education program or activity. Sexual harassment, which includes acts of sexual violence, is a form of sex discrimination. New York City College of Technology is committed to providing an environment free from unlawful discrimination and harassment. In addition, all student leaders including Club Officers, SGA, and Faculty Advisors must take an annual Title IX training in order to remain in their position for the academic year.
